To enable a leading energy company to build a new wind energy facility, our team created a comprehensive solution that provided for the financing to be split between project loans and equity investments by passive investors. In developing this novel financing solution, we worked closely with the developer on the placement strategy and appropriate terms and conditions, including inter-creditor issues between the various investor groups. As a result, we were able to arrange for a well-accepted transaction in the appropriate debt and equity markets.
