In late 2013, Lauren Bennett, the firm’s Web & Communications Project Manager, received a visit from an SNL IR Support rep. After reviewing the site together, they decided that it needed a modest “face lift,” particularly on the home page, to give it a cleaner, more current design and better organization.

But customer support at both vendors didn’t match the high price tags of their services. As a result, Paul D. Guichet, Hancock’s Vice President of Investor Relations & Corporate Governance, decided to entrust his site’s management to the same provider Hancock relies on for comprehensive banking data – SNL Financial.
